UPDATE: Running the game once as administrator seemed to fix the controller issue for me.
#Disco elysium patch 1.2 code
I would actually just like to use keyboard and mouse!Īlso, what is with the hex code based version numbers in GOG? How on earth are we meant to check if we are running 1.0, 1.1 or 1.2 when the version numbers are in hex? Is this the developer trying to be clever? It's annoying.

I've also tried running it with DS4Windows running in the background to emulate an xbox controller and still no dice. Makes the game pretty much unusable for me in this state. I do actually have a (disconnected at the time of running) Playstation controller but even when I connect this, the game does not respond to commands on the title screen.
#Disco elysium patch 1.2 how to
Has somebody had the same problem and been able to fix it? Or knows how to manually set up mouse and keyboard as the preferred input method? Same issue here. The game will not respond to keyboard commands and the mouse pointer will not show up on screen, although I can still click on stuff. The problem is when I boot up the game it assumes I am using a playstation controller, which I am not, instead of the mouse and keyboard setup I am using. I've been having some issues with the game and I was hoping someone might be able to help me.
